BRANDING
Designing a Place
to Begin Again
The HOMEBase brand was designed to reflect stability, dignity, and community. Created as an extension of HOME of Somerset County, the identity balances warmth and trust with clarity and structure, positioning HOMEBase as more than a space, but a foundation for families moving forward.
Logo
The HOMEBase logo was designed to feel grounded, approachable, and trustworthy. Its structure reflects the idea of a foundation, a stable starting point for families rebuilding their lives. Variations were created to ensure flexibility across print, digital, and environmental applications while maintaining consistency with the HOME of Somerset County brand.
Colors
The color palette balances warmth and stability, reinforcing feelings of safety, trust, and community. Neutral base tones provide a sense of structure, while softer accent colors add approachability and optimism.
Typography
Typography was selected for readability, inclusivity, and warmth. Clean, approachable typefaces create a clear hierarchy while remaining friendly and accessible for a wide audience.
